MAV Studio provides architectural design for home renovations, alterations and extensions across New Zealand.  We work with homeowners who need more space, better flow, improved indoor-outdoor connection, additional bedrooms or a more functional layout within an existing house. Renovation design also needs to account for the existing building, site conditions, structure, planning and building consent requirements and the available budget. MAV helps resolve these decisions together before preparing the agreed documentation needed to move towards pricing, council approval and construction.
