Pavilion 70 is MAV Studio's two-bedroom small home design of up to 70m² for New Zealand properties. It can provide a starting point for a larger granny flat, independent accommodation for parents or extended family, a rental or guest home, downsizing or a compact primary residence. Every property is different, so site conditions, planning rules, access, services, consultant requirements and the appropriate building consent or exemption pathway need to be checked before the design proceeds.
