For $1,985 + GST, MAV develops a preliminary floor plan, site plan, elevations and section, reviews relevant title, planning and available services information, and prepares the architectural information needed to support a Project Information Memorandum (PIM) application. For qualifying projects using New Zealand’s small standalone dwelling building-consent exemption, a PIM is required before building work begins.
