Pavilion is available as a ready-to-purchase architectural plan set, giving you a faster and more accessible way to build a well-designed home without starting from scratch.

You can purchase the plans ready to hand directly to your builder, or work with MAV to tailor the design to your site, budget, orientation, council requirements or lifestyle needs.

For some clients, the standard design is enough. Others choose to build on it with additional support and customisation.

Pavilion has been designed around robust, low-maintenance materials suited to New Zealand conditions.

The exterior combines dark vertical cladding, simple roof forms and durable detailing intended to age well over time. Internally, the focus is on warmth, texture and natural light, with timber finishes, refined joinery and a calm, restrained palette.

The home is designed in line with current NZ Building Code requirements for insulation, glazing and thermal performance, with consideration given to orientation, passive solar gain and everyday comfort.
