Service Description
A comprehensive architectural assessment evaluating your property's potential. Includes a 30-minute consultation with Michael followed by a detailed written report covering district plans, site conditions, contours, and likely consent pathways within 10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Your booking secures the 30-minute property call that begins your Site Feasibility assessment. Please choose a time you can reasonably attend. You may reschedule your call up to 24 hours before the appointment, subject to Michael’s availability. If you need to change your booking within 24 hours, please contact MAV Studio as soon as possible. Missed appointments may need to be rebooked at the next available time. Your Site Feasibility report will be delivered within 10 business days of your property call, provided MAV has received the information needed to complete the assessment. The appointment is the starting point for the wider Site Feasibility service. It is not a standalone consultation.
